    Response to Valid DMCA Notices

    Upon receiving a compliant notice, we will:

    1. Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
    2. Notify the user responsible for the content and provide a copy of the takedown notice.
    3. Take reasonable steps to prevent repeat violations.

    Counter-Notification

    If you believe your content was removed mistakenly, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Your counter-notice must include:

    • Identification of the removed content and its original URL.
    • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from error or misidentification.
    • Consent to jurisdiction in the UAE and acceptance of legal process from the notifying party.
